٣٣٥٣١ - وقال الزهري: القاتل لا يرث من دية من قتل شيئًا، وإن كان ولدًا أو والدًا، ولكن يرث من ماله؛ لأن اللَّه قد علم أن الناس يقتل بعضهم بعضًا، ولا ينبغي لأحد أن يقطع المواريث التي فرضها.
33531 - Al-Zuhri said: The killer does not inherit anything from the blood money of the one he killed, even if he is a son or a father, but he inherits from his property; for Allah knew that people would kill one another, and it is not proper for anyone to cut off the inheritances that He has ordained.
