٣٣٥٢٥ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا سفيان عن عمرو عن الحسن قال: كان المسلمون يطيبون لأهل المرتد ميراثه -يعني إذا قتل.
Amr narrates that Hasan said, the Muslims used to consider the inheritance of an apostate lawful, that is, when he is killed.
