٣٣٥٢٣ - حدثنا عبد الرحيم بن سليمان عن أشعث عن الشعبي والحكم قالا: يقسم ميراثه بين امرأته (وبين) (١) ورثته من المسلمين.
Ash'ath narrates that Shu'bi and Hakam said: The inheritance of an apostate will be distributed among his Muslim wife and Muslim heirs.
