٣٣٥١٨ - حدثنا ابن مهدي عن جرير بن حازم قال: كتب عمر بن عبد العزيز في ميراث المرتد أنه لورثته من المسلمين، وليس لأهل (دينه) (١) شيء.
Jarir bin Hazim narrates that Umar bin Abdul Aziz, may Allah have mercy on him, wrote regarding the inheritance of an apostate that it will be for his Muslim heirs, and nothing will be for his co-religionists.
