٣٣٤٨٠ - حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا سفيان عن داود بن أبي هند عن عمر بن عبد العزيز أنه كان يورث الأحياء من الأموات، ولا يورث الغرقى بعضهم من بعض.
Dawud bin Abi Hind reports about Umar bin Abdul Aziz that he used to make the living heirs of the dead, and he did not make those who drowned heirs of one another.
