٣٣٤٦٤ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا حسن بن صالح عمن سمع الشعبي يقول في ابن ملاعنة مات وترك ابن (أخيه) (١) وجده أبا أمه، قال: المال لابن الأخ.
Hasan bin Salih narrates from Shu'bi through a man that he said regarding the son of a woman who performed li'an, if he dies leaving behind his nephew and grandfather, then all his wealth will go to the nephew.
