Hadith 33449
٣٣٤٤٩ - حدثنا حميد بن عبد الرحمن عن حسن بن صالح عن مطرف عن الشعبي قال: يرث ابن الملاعنة أُمه، فإن ماتت ورثه من (كان) (١) يرث أمَه.
Mutarrif narrates that Hazrat Sha'bi said: The son of the woman who performs li'an will be her heir, and then when her son also dies, his heirs will be those who are the heirs of his mother.
