٣٣٤٤٧ - وقال إبراهيم: ميراثه كله لأمه، ويعقل عنه عصبتها، وكذلك ولد الزنا وولد النصراني وأمه مسلمة.
33447 - And Ibrahim said: All his inheritance is for his mother, and her male relatives pay blood money on his behalf. Likewise is the case for the child of adultery and the child of a Christian whose mother is Muslim.
