Hadith 33342
٣٣٣٤٢ - حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا سفيان عن الأعمش عن إبراهيم قال: كان علي وعبد اللَّه لا يورثان الإخوة من الأم مع الجد شيئًا (١).
It is narrated from Ibrahim that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) and Hazrat Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) would not make maternal brothers and sisters heirs to anything in the presence of the grandfather. Hazrat Abu Bakr says that this issue will be resolved from a single share, because all the wealth will go to the grandfather.
