Hadith 33340
٣٣٣٤٠ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا إسماعيل عن الشعبي قال: ما ورث أحد من أصحاب النبي ﷺ إخوة من أم مع جد (١).
Shu'bi narrates that none of the companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) made a maternal sister an heir in the presence of a paternal uncle.
