Hadith 33334
٣٣٣٣٤ - حدثنا ابن فضيل عن بسام عن فضيل عن إبراهيم في رجل ترك جده وابن أخيه لأبيه وأمه: فللجد المال في قضاء علي وعبد اللَّه وزيد (١).
Ibrahim says that when a man dies leaving behind his grandfather and real nephew, then according to the decision of Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him), and Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him), the wealth will go to the grandfather. This issue will be resolved from one share only, meaning all the wealth will be for the grandfather.
