٣٣٣٣٣ - قال أبو بكر: فهذه من (سهمين) (١) إذا كانت أخت أو أخ وجد، فللجد النصف وللأخت أو الأخ النصف، وإن كانا أخوين فللجد الثلث وللأخوين الثلثان.
33333 - Abu Bakr said: So this is from (two shares) (1) if there is a sister or a brother and a grandfather, then the grandfather gets half and the sister or brother gets half, and if there are two brothers, then the grandfather gets one third and the two brothers get two thirds.
