فيمن يرث من النساء كم هنRegarding the Women Who Inherit and How Many They Are
Hadith 33294
٣٣٢٩٤ - حدثنا يحيى بن آدم قال: ثنا مندل عن الأعمش عن إبراهيم قال: يرث الرجل ستة نسوة: ابنته، وابنة ابنه، وأمه، وجدته، وأخته، وزوجته، وترث المرأة سبعة (نفر) (١): ابنها، وابن ابنها، وأباها، وجدها، وزوجها، وأخاها، (ترث) (٢) من ابن ابنتها سدسًا، ولا يرث هو منها شيئًا في قولهم كلهم.
A’mash narrates that Ibrahim said: There are six women who inherit from a man: daughter, granddaughter, mother, grandmother, sister, and wife. And a woman inherits from seven men: son, grandson, father, grandfather, husband, and brother. And she inherits one-sixth from her grandson, and the grandson does not inherit anything from them according to the statement of all the scholars.
