Hadith 33285
٣٣٢٨٥ - (حدثنا) (١) وكيع قال: حدثنا سفيان عن (هشام) (٢) عن ابن سيرين عن شريح في أختين لأب وأم وأختين لأم وزوج وأم، قال: من عشرة: للأختين من الأب والأم أربعة، وللأختين من الأم سهمان، وللزوج ثلاثة أسهم، وللأم سهم.
Muhammad bin Sirin narrates that Hazrat Shurayh gave a ruling regarding the case of two full sisters, two maternal sisters, a husband, and a mother, that it will be divided into ten shares: four shares for the two full sisters, two shares for the two maternal sisters, three shares for the husband, and one share for the mother. Waki’ says that people hold this same opinion, and this is also the division of Ibn al-Farrookh, may Allah have mercy on him.
