٣٣٢٧٢ - حدثنا عباد بن العوام عن الشيباني قال: سألت الشعبي عن ابنة أخ وعمة أيهما: أحق بالميراث؟ قال: ابنة الأخ.
Shaibani writes that I asked Hazrat Sha'bi about the niece and the paternal aunt: which of them has a greater right to inheritance? He replied, "The niece," and said, "Place them in the rank of their fathers."
