Hadith 33266
٣٣٢٦٦ - حدثنا علي بن مسهر عن الشيباني قال: سألت الشعبي عن العمة أهي أحق بالميراث أو ابنة الأخ؟ قال: فقال لي: وأنت لا تعلم ذلك؟ قال: قلت: ابنة الأخ أحق من العمة؟.
Shaibani narrates that I asked Sha'bi about the paternal aunt: is she more entitled to inheritance or the niece? He replied: Do you not know this matter? I said that the niece is more entitled than the paternal aunt. Abu Ishaq narrates that 'Amir testified about Masruq that he said: Place them in the rank of their fathers.
