Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Ibrahim narrates that Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) would not return inheritance to six people: to the husband, to the wife, to the grandmother, to uterine sisters in the presence of full sisters, to granddaughters in the presence of real sons, and to uterine sisters in the presence of the mother. Ibrahim says that I asked Alqama whether inheritance would be returned to uterine brothers in the presence of the grandmother. He replied: Yes, if you wish. He says that Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) would return inheritance to all of them except the husband and the wife.
