Hadith 33238
٣٣٢٣٨ - حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن أشعث عن محمد عن ابن مسعود في رجل مات وترك أباه مملوكًا، قال: يُشترى من ماله فيعتق ثم يورث (١).
It is narrated from Muhammad that Hazrat Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said regarding the man who, at the time of his death, left his father in a state of slavery, that he should be purchased from his wealth, then set free, and then made an heir. The narrator says that Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) also held the same opinion.
