Hadith 33237
٣٣٢٣٧ - حدثنا حفص عن الأعمش عن إبراهيم قال: قال عبد اللَّه: إذا مات الرجل وترك أباه (أو) (١) أخاه أو ابنه مملوكًا ولم يترك وارثا، فإنه يُشترى فيعتق ثم يورث (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat A'mash that Ibrahim reported the statement of Hazrat Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him): When a man dies and leaves his father or brother or son in a state of slavery and leaves no other heir, then he should be purchased, then set free, and then made the heir.
