٣٣٢٢١ - حدثنا عبد الرحيم بن عبد الرحمن المحاربي عن زائدة عن أبي حصين قال: خاصمت إلى شريح في مولى لنا مات وترك ابنتيه ومواليه، فأعطى شريح ابنتيه الثلثين، وأعطى مولاه الثلث.
It is narrated from Abu Husain who says: I sought a ruling from Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) regarding this issue: one of our freed slaves passed away and left behind two daughters and several masters. Hazrat Shurayh granted two-thirds of the wealth to his two daughters and one-third of the wealth to his master.
