٣٣٢٠٤ - حدثنا محمد بن أبي عدي عن أشعث عن الحسن أنه كان يرى الميراث للموالي دون العمة والخالة.
Ash'ath narrates that Hazrat Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) acknowledged inheritance for the maternal uncle, but did not acknowledge inheritance for the paternal aunt and maternal aunt.
