Hadith 33203
٣٣٢٠٣ - حدثنا عبدة عن محمد بن عمرو عن شريك بن عبد اللَّه بن أبي نمر قال: سئل النبي ﷺ عن ميراث العمة والخالة وهو راكب فسكت ثم سار هنيهة ثم قال: "حدثني جبريل أنه لا ميراث لهما" (١).
Shareek bin Abdullah narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about the inheritance of the paternal and maternal aunts while he was on a mount. The Prophet (peace be upon him) remained silent for a while, then moved forward a little, and then said: Jibreel (peace be upon him) has informed me that they have no share in inheritance.
