Hadith 33199
٣٣١٩٩ - حدثنا عبد الوهاب الثقفي عن يونس عن الحسن أن عمر ورث الخالة والنعمة، فورث العمة الثلثين والخالة الثلث (١).
Hasan narrates that Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) made the maternal and paternal aunts heirs, giving the paternal aunt two-thirds of the wealth and the maternal aunt one-third of the wealth.
