Hadith 33195
٣٣١٩٥ - حدثنا ابن إدريس (١) عن الأعمش عن إبراهيم قال: كان عمر وعبد اللَّه يورثان الخالة والنعمة إذا لم يكن غيرهما (٢).
A’mash narrates from Ibrahim that he said: Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) and Hazrat Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) used to consider the maternal and paternal aunts as heirs when there was no other heir besides them. Ibrahim says that those elders used to consider the paternal aunt in place of the father and the maternal aunt in place of the mother.
