٣٣١٦٠ - قال أبو بكر: وهذه في قول علي وزيد من ستة أسهم: للزوج النصف (ثلاثة) (١)، وللأخ للأم السدس، ويبقى سهمان، فهما بينهما، وفي قول ابن مسعود من سهمين: للزوج النصف، وما بقي فللأخ للأم.
33160 - Abu Bakr said: And this, according to the statement of Ali and Zaid, is from six shares: for the husband, half (three) (1), for the maternal brother, one-sixth, and two shares remain, which are divided between them. And according to the statement of Ibn Mas'ud, from two shares: for the husband, half, and what remains is for the maternal brother.
