٣٣١٤٨ - قال أبو بكر: وهذه في القولين جميعًا من ثلاثة أسهم: للأخوات والبنات الثلثان، ويبقى الثلث فهو بين الأخوة والأخوات أو بين بنات ابنة وبين ابنة للذكر مثل حظ الأنثيين.
33148 - Abu Bakr said: And this, in both statements, is from three shares: for the sisters and daughters, two-thirds, and the remaining third is for the brothers and sisters, or between the daughters of a daughter and a daughter, for the male is equal to the share of two females.
