Hadith 33143
٣٣١٤٣ - حدثنا وكيع عن إسماعيل عن حكيم (بن) (١) جابر عن زيد بن ثابت أنه قال فيها: هذا من قضاء أهل الجاهلية: يرث الرجال دون النساء (٢).
It is narrated from Hakeem bin Jabir that Hazrat Zaid bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) gave a verdict regarding this opinion that it is among the judgments of the people of ignorance that men inherit and women do not inherit.
