في امرأة وأبوين من كم هي؟Regarding the Shares of a Wife and Parents
Hadith 33117
٣٣١١٧ - حدثنا ابن عيينة عن أيوب عن ابن سيرين قال: ما يمنعهم أن يجعلوها من اثني عشر سهمًا، فيعطون المرأة ثلاثة أسهم، (وللأم) (١) أربعة أسهم، وللأب خمسة أسهم.
Ayyub narrates that Muhammad bin Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) said: What prevents people from deriving this issue from the number 12, and giving the woman three shares, the mother four shares, and the father five shares.
