Hadith 33116
٣٣١١٦ - حدثنا ابن إدريس عن أبيه عن فضيل عن إبراهيم قال: خالف ابن عباس أهل الصلاة في امرأة وأبوين، وزوج (١) قال: للأم الثلث من جميع المال (٢).
Ibrahim states that Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) opposed the majority of scholars regarding the issue of inheritance for the wife, parents, and husband. He said that the mother receives one third of the entire estate.
