في امرأة وأبوين من كم هي؟Regarding the Shares of a Wife and Parents
Hadith 33113
٣٣١١٣ - حدثنا وكيع عن ابن أبي ليلى عن الشعبي عن علي في امرأة وأبوين: للمرأة الربع، وللأم ثلث ما بقي، وما بقي (فللأب) (١) (٢).
Shu'bi narrates from Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) regarding the situation when among the heirs are the wife and the parents, that the wife receives one-fourth, and the mother receives one-third of the remaining wealth, and the rest is for the father.
