Hadith 33110
٣٣١١٠ - حدثنا علي بن هاشم عن ابن أبي ليلى عن الشعبي عن علي في امرأة وأبوين قال: الربع وثلث ما بقي (١).
It is narrated from Sha'bi that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) was asked about the shares of the wife and the parents, so he said that the wife gets one-fourth and the mother gets one-third of the remainder.
