في امرأة وأبوين من كم هي؟Regarding the Shares of a Wife and Parents
Hadith 33109
٣٣١٠٩ - (١) حدثنا وكيع عن هشام الدستوائي عن قتادة عن سعيد بن المسيب أن زيد بن ثابت سئل عن امرأة وأبوين، فأعطى المرأة الربع، والأم ثلث ما بقي، وما بقي للأب (٢).
It is narrated from Sa'id bin Musayyib that Hazrat Zaid bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) was asked about the shares of the wife and parents, so he ordered to give the wife one-fourth, the mother one-third of the remaining wealth, and the wealth left after that to the father.
