في امرأة وأبوين من كم هي؟Regarding the Shares of a Wife and Parents
Hadith 33108
٣٣١٠٨ - حدثنا عبد السلام بن حرب عن أيوب عن أبي قلابة عن أبي المهلب أن عثمان سئل عنها فقال: للمرأة الربع، وللأم ثلث ما بقي، وسائر ذلك للأب (١).
It is narrated from Abu Muhallab that Hazrat Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) was asked about this case, so he said: The woman gets one-fourth of the wealth, the mother gets one-third of the remaining wealth, and all the rest of the wealth is for the father.
