Hadith 33077
٣٣٠٧٧ - حدثنا يحيى بن آدم عن الأشجعي سمع سفيان يقول في رجل أوصى بثلثه لرجلين فيوجد أحدهما ميتًا قال: يكون للآخر -يعني الثلث كله.
Ashja'i narrates that I heard Sufyan, regarding the man who made a will for two people and then one was found dead, saying that the wealth, that is, the entire one-third, will be for the other. Yahya says, "This is the stronger opinion."
