٣٣٠٦٠ - حدثنا حفص عن أشعث عن الحسن قال: هما شاهدان من المسلمين، تجوز شهادتهما على الورثة كلهم.
It is narrated from Ash'ath that Hasan said: Both witnesses are Muslims, therefore their testimony will be binding upon all the heirs.
