٣٣٠٥٨ - حدثنا حفص عن أشعث عن الشعبي قال: إذا شهد رجلان أو ثلاثة من الورثة فإنما أقروا على أنفسهم.
It is narrated from Ash'ath that Hazrat Sha'bi said: When two or three people from among the heirs give testimony, this testimony will be considered as an acknowledgment on their part.
