Hadith 33054
٣٣٠٥٤ - حدثنا هشيم عن مطرف عن الشعبي في وارث أقر بدين، قال: عليه في نصيبه بحصته (قال) (١): (ثم قال بعد ذلك: يخرج من نصيبه) (٢) (٣).
Mutarraf reports from Hazrat Sha’bi regarding the heir who acknowledges a debt; he said that the amount of the debt equal to his share will become obligatory upon him. The narrator says that then he (Sha’bi) said that that much will be deducted from his share.
