It is narrated from Mughira that Ibrahim said regarding the man who made his contract slave responsible for his will, and later the contract slave said: I have spent the compensation for my contract of manumission on the children of my master, that the statement of this contract slave will be accepted and it is permissible to do so, and it is also permissible for a man to make a will in favor of his slave. However, if the slave later says that I made myself a contract slave, or says that I sold myself, then this is not permissible for him.
