في الرجل يوصي لأم ولدهOne Who Bequeaths to His Umm Walad—Is It Permissible?
Hadith 33032
٣٣٠٣٢ - حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن حماد عن إبراهيم قال: إذا أحرزت أم الولد شيئًا في (حياة) (١) سيدها فمات سيدها فهو لها وقد عتقت، فإن انتزع الميت شيئًا (قبل أن يموت) (٢) (أو) (٣) أوصى بشيء، (مما) (٤) كانت أحرزت في حياته، (يصنع) (٥) فيه ما (شاء) (٦).
Hammad narrates that Ibrahim said: When an umm walad slave woman secures something during her master's lifetime and then her master dies, that thing will belong to the slave woman, and the slave woman will become free. And if the deceased takes something back before dying or makes a will regarding what is with the slave woman, then he has the right to do so.
