٣٣٠٣١ - حدثنا معتمر قال: قلت ليونس: رجل وهب لأم ولد شيئًا ثم مات، قال: كان الحسن يقول: هو لها.
Muammar says that I asked Yunus, "What is the ruling about a man who gave a gift to his umm walad slave woman and then died?" He replied, "Hasan used to say that the gift belongs to that slave woman."
