Hadith 33001
٣٣٠٠١ - حدثنا أبو بكر بن عياش عن هشام عن الحسن قال: إذا أوصى رجل إلى رجل غائب ثم قدم فأقر بالوصية ثم أنكر فليس له ذلك.
It is narrated from Hisham that Hasan said: When a person makes a will to someone who is absent, and that person comes and acknowledges the will, and afterwards wishes to deny it, then he does not have the right to do so.
