٣٢٩٨٣ - فأتينا مقسما (فسألناه) (١) فقال ما قال (سعيد) (٢)، فقلنا: كذا وكذا، قال: لا، ولكنه الرجل يحضره الموت فيقال له: اتق اللَّه، وأمسك عليك ⦗٢١٩⦘ مالك، فإنه ليس أحد أحق بمالك من ولدك، ولو كان الذي يوصي ذا قرابة لأحبوا أن يوصي لهم.
32983 - So we came to Maqsam (and asked him) (1), and he said what (Sa'id) said (2). So we said: Such and such, he said: No, but it is the man whom death approaches, and it is said to him: Fear Allah, and hold on to your wealth, for there is no one more entitled to your wealth than your children, and if the one to whom he bequeaths were a relative, they would love that he bequeath to them.
