Hadith 3294
٣٢٩٤ - حدثنا حسين بن علي عن زائدة عن عبد الملك بن عُمير قال: صلى المغيرة بن شعبة الصبح فغلس (ونور) (١) حتى قلت: قد طلعت الشمس، أو لم تطلع، وصلى فيما بين ذلك، وكان مؤذنه ابن (النباح) (٢) ولم يكن له مؤذن غيره (٣).
Hazrat Abdul Malik bin Umair narrates that Hazrat Mughirah bin Shu’bah led the morning prayer (Fajr) both in darkness and in light. To the extent that I said, "Has the sun risen or has it not risen!" He also performed the Fajr prayer between these two times. His muezzin was Ibn al-Nabbah; besides him, he had no other muezzin.
