٣٢٩٢٧ - حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة (عن حماد) (١) عن إبراهيم قال: إنما يبدأ بالعتاقة إذا سمى مملوكا بعينه.
Hammad narrates that Ibrahim said that the emancipation of a slave will commence from the time when the testator specifies and emancipates the slave.
