Hadith 32919
٣٢٩١٩ - حدثنا حفص وابن علية عن أشعث عن نافع عن ابن عمر قال: إذا كانت عتاقة ووصية بدئ بالعتاقة (١).
Nafi' narrates from Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that when the emancipation of a slave and a bequest are combined, then the emancipation of the slave should be given precedence.
