Hadith 32909
٣٢٩٠٩ - حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا سفيان عن عوف الأعرابي عن هشام بن هبيرة أنه قضى في رجل أوصى لرجل بمثل نصيب أحد ولده، وله ذكر وأنثى: أنّ له نصيب الأنثى.
Auf al-A'rabi narrates that Hisham bin Hubairah gave a verdict regarding a man who had bequeathed wealth equal to one of his children for someone, while his offspring included both males and females, that this man would be given a share equal to that of a daughter. Abu Bakr says that Waki' also narrates the same from Sufyan, that he will be given wealth equal to the share of a daughter.
