Hadith 32903
٣٢٩٠٣ - حدثنا أبو أسامة عن هشام (١) عن الحسن قال: لا تجوز وصية غلام حتى يحتلم، ولا جارية حتى تحيض.
Hisham narrates that Hasan said: The will of a boy is not valid before he reaches puberty, and the will of a girl is not valid before she experiences menstruation.
