Hadith 32902
٣٢٩٠٢ - حدثنا حفص عن حجاج عن عطاء عن ابن عباس قال: لا يجوز عتق الصبي، ولا وصيته، ولا بيعه، ولا شراؤه، ولا طلاقه (١).
Hazrat Ata narrates the statement of Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) that the freeing of a slave by a child, his will, his buying and selling, and his divorce are not valid.
