٣٢٩٠١ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا زكريا عن الشعبي قال: لا تجوز وصية غلام ولا جارية حتى (يصلي) (١).
It is narrated from Zakariya that Sha'bi said: The will of a boy or a girl is not valid until they reach the age of prayer.
