Hadith 32900
٣٢٩٠٠ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا يونس بن أبي إسحاق عن أبيه عن شريح قال: إذا اتقى الصبي (الركي) (١) أن يقع فيها فقد جازت وصيته.
It is narrated from Abu Ishaq that Qadi Shurayh said: When a child becomes old enough that he does not go to the edge of a well out of fear that he might fall in, then his will (bequest) will be executed.
